You declare that the data provided, now or in the future, is correct and true and you undertake to inform us of any modification thereof. In the event of providing personal data of third parties, you undertake to obtain the prior consent of those affected and inform them about the content of this policy.

What personal information do we process?

  • Processing of registration at the center.
    • What data we process: Identification data and student health data. Identification and contact information of parents or guardians.
    • With what legitimacy (legal basis of processing): The execution of the contract or pre-contractual measures associated with the student’s enrollment to attend the center.
      The processing of health data is based on the execution of the contract, with processing enabled through the explicit consent of the father/mother/guardian when providing the data to the center.
  • School Management, which includes the teaching management of students, the coordination and monitoring of their activities at school and attention to health needs or other special needs of the student that have been communicated to us by parents or guardians.

    • With what legitimacy (legal basis of processing): The execution of the contract for the provision of school services.
      The processing of health data is based on the execution of the contract, with processing enabled through the explicit consent of the father/mother/guardian when providing the data to the center.
  • Administrative and economic management of the school, which includes accounting, billing of services and collection management, which is carried out through direct debit and involves the communication of the data necessary for said direct debit, solely for that purpose. , to the banking entity with which we work.
    • What data we process: Identification data, data on services provided, checking account of the father/mother or legal guardian.
    • With what legitimacy (legal basis of treatment): The execution of the contract for the provision of school services and compliance with our legal obligations in tax and accounting matters.
      The communication of data to the banking entity to charge receipts is based on your consent expressed through the signing of the SEPA document.
  • Taking photographs and videos that we will use to:
    Share with parents or guardians so that they know the student’s activities together with their classmates at the center.
    Publish on the school’s social networks. This publication will be made hiding the children’s faces.
    Publish on the center’s website.
    Include in the center’s private Blog, with access restricted to the parents/guardians of the children.
    Display some of the photographs on murals or decorative elements of the school.
    Have a historical archive of the students who have passed through the center in images.

    • With what legitimacy (legal basis of treatment): The consent given. You may withdraw this consent at any time without such withdrawal affecting the legality of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
  • Send informative communications from the center to the phone number. cellphone, through WhatsApp or to the email indicated in the registration document.
    • What data we process: Identification and contact data of parents/guardians. Data relating to the student’s activities, including photographs and videos.
    • With what legitimacy (legal basis of processing): The execution of the contract for the provision of school services.
  • Communication of enrollment data to the Department of Education through the GESTIB system
    • What data we process: Identification and academic data (course) of the students.
      Identification and contact information of mother/father/guardian.
    • With what legitimacy (legal basis of the treatment): Compliance with the legal obligation established in the regional regulations that regulate the operation of recognized educational centers.
  • Communication of the amounts invoiced to the Treasury.
    • What data we process: Identification data of parents/guardians to whom the services are billed and data on economic transactions related to the payment of school fees.
    • With what legitimacy (legal basis of treatment): Compliance with legal obligations in tax matters.
  • The necessary attention in the event of an accident or illness of the student, which will involve communication of data to the accident insurance if health care is required.
    • What data we process: Identification data and student health data.
      With what legitimacy (legal basis of the treatment): The execution of the contract, the processing of health data being enabled as it is necessary to protect the vital interests of the student.

Specific:

How long will we keep your data?

In general, we retain the data collected as long as the status of student at the center is maintained and in any case during the periods provided for in the applicable legal provisions and for the time necessary to address possible responsibilities arising from the processing. We will cancel your data when it is no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.

Specific:

  • We retain the data used for the registration process and those generated during the administrative and accounting management of the school by applying the criteria in force at all times for the conservation of information with fiscal significance.
  • The health data of students that have had to be processed to provide them with proper care will be kept while the student is enrolled in the center.
  • The data generated by the student’s teaching management is kept until the moment the student leaves the center.
  • The photographs and videos taken may be preserved in our historical archive if the student’s father/mother/guardian has consented. Otherwise, they are kept until the end of the course when the student leaves the center.
  • Data relating to accidents or illnesses that required assistance with school insurance coverage are kept until the end of each course.

Who can we communicate your data to?

The data communications that have been set out in the section “What personal information do we process?” are carried out, and which we summarize below:

  • We communicate the data of the student and the parents/guardians to the Department of Education of the Government of the Balearic Islands. We are an educational center recognized by this administration and we are obliged to register the students we serve so that their time at our center is part of their educational history.
  • We communicate the data of the monthly payments paid to the Treasury (Form 233). This is a communication to which we are obliged by current tax regulations.
  • We communicate the student’s data to the accident insurance in the event of an accident that requires medical attention under the coverage of said insurance.

What are your rights?

You have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not we are processing your personal data and, if so, access it. You can also request that your data be rectified when it is inaccurate or that incomplete data be completed, as well as request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In certain circumstances, you may request the limitation of the processing of your data. In such case, we will only process the affected data for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims or with a view to protecting the rights of other people. Under certain conditions and for reasons related to your particular situation, you may also object to the processing of your data. In this case we will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons that prevail over your interests, rights and freedoms, or for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.
